Company formation involves submission of online application to Companies House. This includes details of Directors, company secretary, shareholders, persons with significant control, share capital, registered office address, nature of business activity etc. We also apply to the HMRC for clients who need to register as self-employed and those set in business as partners to have Unique Tax Reference (UTR).
Our fee
We charge £250 plus VAT for the formation/incorporation of company. This would include getting you a certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association. Please note, this fee does not include Registered office address facility.
